Driven by ambition and a desire to operate at the forefront of the property sector, he transitioned to the bustling London market, where he spent 18 impactful years honing his skills and expertise. During this significant period, Jake gained invaluable experience working for two of the capital's most prestigious and internationally recognized firms: Foxtons and Knight Frank International.
His tenure at these leading agencies exposed him to a diverse portfolio of properties and clientele, fostering a deep understanding of high-value transactions and the intricacies of the London market. Building on this extensive experience, Jake further developed his leadership capabilities by managing an office for KFH (Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward), demonstrating his ability to drive success and guide a team within a competitive environment.
